The expedition is a challenging one due to the range of weather conditions you will experience but the rewards are many from stunning scenery to really getting to know your own personal strengths and limits.
Naturally we wouldn’t expect you to stretch yourself for the entirety of the expedition and consequently we have built in some relaxation time to help you unwind after the excitement of your trek. During this time you can spend some time exploring the attractions of Reykjavik, go for a dip in the Blue Lagoon or go out to sea on a trip to watch whales and dolphins in their natural habitats!
