Everest Base Camp Expedition Leader: Chris Rhodes

“Outdoor adventure has dominated my life from the age of 16 after my introduction to the outdoors at my local outdoor centre in Derbyshire.

As my experience increased I gained the confidence and the qualifications to become an expedition leader trekking and climbing in the Himalaya, Andes, Africa, and Central America. My greatest passion has become to pass on my love of adventure to others and introduce people to the wonderful and interesting cultures throughout the world.

Nepal was the destination of my first great adventure in 1983 it is a very special place which I visit often. No where else in the world is there such diversity and interesting people. Our trip to Nepal is more than just a trek. It is an opportunity to help and interact with local community, make new friends and of course trek to the roof of the world base camp. See you there!“
