Southern India is a real contrast to the landlocked mountains and deserts of the north. With long stretches of coastline, lush fertile plains and the gentle hills of the western Ghats, you will experience a more laidback way of life in India: tropical backwaters, enjoyable and accessible trekking, wildlife viewing and Hindu temples. Expedition teams travelling to South India will be based in the southernmost state of Kerala. Colourful and vibrant India will stimulate every sense! |
